No solicitor and client relationship
Sending us a message through this website, by email, or by telephone does not by itself create a solicitor and client relationship. That relationship begins only when we have confirmed in writing that we are instructed and have completed the checks we are required to carry out.
Until we confirm that we act for you, please do not send us confidential information or documents about your case, and do not assume that any deadline in your case is being protected.
Urgent matters
Do not use the enquiry form for anything urgent. If you have been arrested, are being interviewed, or are due in court, telephone 0131 557 1000 or 07507 559 139. We answer 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Accuracy and availability
